Test Manager

Job Description

Manage end-to-end QA processes across SDET phases: requirement analysis, planning, scripting, execution, defect management, and reporting.
Architect and implement scalable automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, UFT/QTP, Cypress, Katalon Studio, and Rest Assured.
Drive API testing using SoapUI, Postman, and custom mock services; validate JSON/XML payloads and authorization headers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners and Scrum teams to manage backlogs and ensure release readiness.
Ability to work in a behavior driven development model (BDD)
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, and GitHub for continuous testing.
In sprint automation for UI (Selenium) and REST Assured (API)
Conduct SAP module testing (HCM, SD, WM) with a strong understanding of business flows like Payroll and Order-to-Cash.
Manage test environments, execute regression suites, and ensure high-quality releases.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and training to QA teams.
Explore and evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance automation practices.

Programming/Scripting: Core Java, VB Script, JavaScript
Test Management Tools: JIRA, ALM/QC, Zephyr
DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins, Maven, GitHub, Docker
Agile, V-Model, Waterfall methodologies
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skill
