Salary: 110K USD

• We are looking for a skilled test Manager with people and Client management experience
• As this will be client facing role, we would want the candidate to have exp. in client facing roles
• Need to play a role of client engagement manager and act as bridge between Wipro Offshore and Onshore team

• Candidate should have hands-on knowledge on UAT/Manual/Automation testing
• Worked in Testing environment in Banking domain
• Designing and developing test automation scripts using test manual/automation tools and guidelines
• Streamlining the testing procedures
• Communicate with developers to develop solutions
• Preparing test reports for management
• Should have experience in testing planning execution, both manual and automation testing.

• • Experience working in modern software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Proficiency using Agile tools (e.g. JIRA/Confluence)
  • Experience in modern Agile/Scrum development methodologies
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Python
  • Working knowledge with SQL Server or MySQL database
  • Able to create detailed, comprehensive test cases/scripts/scenarios based on Business requirements/user stories
  • Should have experience in Agile methodology and ensure all stories are well refined with all required documentation.
  • Should have a strong base on Testing experience covering web application or backend testing/SQL, API
  • Should identify opportunities to penetrate scope of Automation, guide teams to do POC's and develop test automation
  • Should be automation proficient and also familiar with test Automation tools like Tosca, UFT, Selenium

• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and think out of the box
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience: 8-10 Years .

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
