Good understanding on SAP Landscape Knowledge on monitoring (Client Side, Server Side, DB, Network and Load Balancer) Should have worked on Neoload (Mandatory skill) Should have worked on Tosca (Good to have skill) Should have analyzed & provided suggestions to dev/infra team on the issues noticed through SAP Tcodes and SAP in-built tools Install, Configure, Maintain and administer the performance tools Should have tested applications like .NET, JAVA, SAP Web, SAP GUI, MQ etc., Experience installing and administering multiple industry leading APM and DevOps tools Ability to train internal or clients on DevOps practices Good knowledge and understanding of DevOps, Cloud, Tool integrations (JIRA, GIT, Jenkins etc.,)

No Performance Parameter Measure 1 Understanding the test requirements and test case design of the product Ensure error free testing solutions, minimum process exceptions, 100% SLA compliance, # of automation done using VB, macros 2 Execute test cases and reporting Testing efficiency & quality, On-Time Delivery, Troubleshoot queries within TAT, CSAT score
