- 4+ years' experience as business analyst or 6+ years experience as QA/ QE working on decision management application Pref FICO DM , Other application - InRule, IBM - Decision Manager etc.
- 6+ years' experience working in Banking Industry
- Experience working as fraud analyst or credit analyst
- Proficient in agile methodology
- Responsible for managing QE team
- Creating test strategies
- Reviewing test cases and execution results
- Experience with defect management tool - JIRA , Quality Center
- Triaging issues and resolving the same
