As a F&A Consulting leader, you will embark on a fast-paced career path that will allow you to utilize your experience, process knowledge and product skills. • The F&A Process lead needs to have a minimum 15+ years of leading Finance Transformation, Finance process design, Finance BPR for large scale ERP implementations.
• Acts as a Senior Trusted Advisor for opportunity shared, covering the entire company of a big/complex, multinational Finance Processes end-to-end.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Strong Customer & stakeholder management skills Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents.
• Defines Finances Strategies, Governance and Finance Process Architecture based on state-of-the art of S/4HANA Finance technology
• The process lead should have deep business process knowledge and some hands on ERP experience (Preferably SAP S/4 Hana finance or Oracle Cloud Finance experience implementation. Process Design expertise for leading large enterprises level transformations for clients moving to latest Cloud / S4 HANA in the following areas:
• Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly
• SAP S/4 Hana Finance Migration Methodology
• New Functionalities in GL Accounting
• New Functionalities in Asset Accounting
*Deep understanding of AP, AR and Tax functionalities
• New Functionalities in Management Accounting
• Exposure to Financials Planning - Integrated Business Planning
• Overview of Cash Management
Qualifications - Critical Skills
In addition to F&A Consulting Capability we are looking at the candidate having very high-quality hands-on experience with complex ERP implementations
-Must have deep understanding of how various tracks outside of F&A functions work together for an integrated view of the enterprise applications - ex: inventory, Costing methodologies, order fulfillment, contracts management, procurement functionalities etc, especially relevant to implications on Finance and Accounting.
- Deep architectural understanding of at least one major ERP (SAP ECC or S/4 HANA or Oracle EBS R12 / fusion financials, etc.
