Key Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive project delivery across both Agile and hybrid methodologies, ensuring projects meet specified goals and exceed expectations.
  • Effectively manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks for multiple concurrent initiatives, maintaining a clear focus on priorities and resource allocation.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with engineering, product management, and business teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee platform governance, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and compliance requirements, thereby driving quality and consistency.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insightful progress reports to senior leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making.
  • Facilitate essential Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups using industry-standard tools, including JIRA and Azure DevOps, to streamline project workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, empowering you with the technical foundation necessary for this role.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in IT project management, including a minimum of 2-3 years working with ServiceNow or similar platforms, demonstrating your ability to lead complex projects.
  • A strong understanding of technical architecture and delivery frameworks, equipping you to tackle various project challenges effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and vendor coordination, essential for fostering collaboration among diverse project contributors.
  • PMP or Agile certification preferred, showcasing your commitment to excellence in project management.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with specific ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps, enhancing your capability to lead related projects.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, scripting, and DevOps practices, looking to integrate cutting-edge methodologies into your project management approach.
  • Superb communication and leadership skills, playing a crucial role in inspiring and guiding teams towards success.

Competencies: You will exemplify attributes such as Client Centricity, Passion for Results, Execution Excellence, Collaborative Working, Learning Agility, and Problem Solving & Decision Making, all while maintaining effective communication.

Mandatory Skills: ITIL - IT Hardware Asset Management.

Experience: 8-10 Years.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $1,58,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
