Role Purpose

The Techno Functional Consultant - L1 role at Wipro Technologies-Canada is designed to seamlessly integrate technology with business solutions, ensuring that client needs are met effectively. The main objective of this position is to provide innovative solutions and to act as a crucial intermediary between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for analyzing client requirements, configuring relevant software systems, and implementing operational solutions that enhance business performance. With a focus on Dynatrace and AIOPS, you will leverage your expertise to develop sophisticated operational and business dashboards, set up alerting profiles, and ensure high availability and performance of applications. This role demands strong problem-solving skills and a passion for results, as you will often be working in fast-paced environments where timely decision-making is essential.

Job Details:

• 5 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace, including expertise in monitoring applications and services.
• 5 years of experience in developing operational and business dashboards, ensuring that key performance indicators are captured and reported effectively.
• 3 years with Dynatrace Synthetic for simulating user interactions and ensuring reliability of application performance.
• At least 1 year of experience utilizing Grail for log analytics and troubleshooting.
• Preferred: Dynatrace certification or relevant training to validate your expertise in this area.
• Mandatory Skills: Strong understanding of AIOPS and its implementation to facilitate proactive incident management.
