Senior Consultant - Infor WMS

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver any client solution

Roles & Responsibility

• Collaborates with Lead Business Consultant, Project Manager, Solution Architect, and the client to thoroughly understand the needs to be supported by the Infor WMS implementation.
• Provides recommendations regarding the evolution of the ERP system.
• Responds to inquiries and provides advice to the client regarding current and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs.
• Negotiates plans and timeframes, ensuring that clients understand the anticipated result.
• Develops and communicates detailed specifications for implementation.
• Produces reports, timelines, and graphics to communicate expectations and progress to management, clients, and other relevant parties.
• Maintains and ensures proper documentation and coordinates testing of system modifications.
• Collaborates with the Project Manager to ensure the needs of the client have been met.
• Acts as liaison with internal IT teams and/or vendors to support relevant systems.
• Maintains current understanding of industry standards, trends, and best practices through Infor Campus training and network collaboration.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least five to seven years of configuration experience with Infor WMS.
• Certified or equivalent configuration experience in Infor WMS solution.
• Consulting experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required or equivalent in years of experience.
• Strong business and technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent thinking, analytical, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management skills for handling multiple priorities and simultaneous projects.
• Enthusiasm for continued learning through a combination of structured, on-the-job, and self-directed training.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment.
• Willing to travel up to 25-50%.
• Ability to work remotely and commute to company or client offices when required.
• Strong business and technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent thinking, analytical, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management skills for handling multiple priorities and simultaneous projects.
• Candidate must be currently located in the US or Canada or be able to work in the US or Canada as needed.

Mandatory Skills: Infor WMS-Functional .

Experience: 5-8 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
