Position Overview:

As a Techno Functional Consultant - L1 at Wipro Technologies-USA, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the stability and performance of our systems.

Must-have Skills:

CI/CD methodologies, Jenkins automation, Git version control, and Maven dependency management.

Experience with Unix Shell Scripting, SQL for managing and querying databases.

Strong troubleshooting skills using logs and monitoring tools like Splunk and Dynatrace.

Expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) focusing on Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.

Proven experience in L2 Support operations.

Knowledge in PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) and AWS Cloud services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve incidents promptly while collaborating with the Operation Command Center and monitoring teams.

Implement changes by deploying application artifacts within scheduled release windows.

Conduct thorough root cause analyses for high-severity incidents and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by collaborating with product teams and customer support to ensure system functionality meets requirements.

Create documentation and knowledge base materials, utilizing platforms such as Confluence to streamline support processes and incident resolution steps.

Tools Utilized:

Remedy for ticketing and incident management.

Rally for project and bug tracking.

Splunk and Dynatrace for real-time monitoring and analysis.

WinSCP for secure file transfer and validation.

CyberArk and Putty for secure access management and scripting.

Toad for database querying and management.

Mandatory Skills: SRE Operations .

Experience: 5-8 Years .

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
