Role: Icertis CLM Techno Functional Senior Consultant

Responsibilities
As a CLM Consultant you will embark on a fast-paced career path that will allow you to utilize your experience, process knowledge and product skills. Your knowledge to design, advise, sell and manage programs, will help define industry and product leading transformation programs. The Process Transformation consulting practice also offers opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge through training and certifications across multiple leading ERP/Sourcing/CPQ/CLM/ business application products (including leading SaaS/Cloud players) and enablers - allowing you to drive opportunities for yourself and Wipro.
The expected responsibilities to be performed in this role are :
- Conduct meetings with business users and legal personnel and publish status and progress reports. During projects, clearly communicate project task status to key stakeholders.
- Work with stakeholders to understand and document their CLM business processes (including Approvals) to devise the best-fit strategy and solution architecture with the team
- Perform gap analysis based on the requirements and CLM features involving Icertis
- Document the functional design, process flows, architecture diagram and solution approaches through analysis of business benefits/KPIs of recommended approaches
- Exhibit skills/experience in driving business process improvements from the recommended approaches and suggested solutions
- Lead design configuration for working prototypes or proofs-of-concept in a development sandbox, if required, and validate and refine - Capability to get hands on if needed.
- Design and collaborate with CLM configurators to drive the implementation using the business requirements, identify gaps, arrive at gap closure approaches, determine pros and cons of technical approaches and document design specifications
Qualifications - Critical Skills
- Icertis CLM Administrator certification
- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of overall business/functional analysis experience, with at least 4-6 years of business analysis experience on a leading CLM platform preferably Icertis in a customer facing role.
- Ability to elicit business requirements and collaborate with functional experts and configurators to define solution approaches and convert them into functional design.
- .Understanding of CLM dependencies on sales, procurement, and other enterprise-wide functions such as Supplier Management, Vendor Onboarding, Purchase orders, HR contracts, IT vendor management, Data Privacy, retail warehousing operations and merchandising, among others.
- Hands on experience in CLM data model, data architecture, and data management, and familiar with integration to CRM systems (e.g. salesforce.com ) and ERP (e.g SAP Ariba).
- In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Icertis CLM platform, and Agile methodology.
- Adept in conducting large workshops, gathering requirements, helping the stakeholders to get to a decision and driving outcomes with business leaders and process owners.
