Opportunity Details
As a Cloud Migration Engineer (AWS), you will have the opportunity to work on Rehost & contribute to our cloud migration journey. Role also provides opportunity to evaluate & implement new solutions on public cloud. Focus on automation using infrastructure as code and continuous integration tooling.
The ideal candidate is experienced in cloud technologies, with a firm grasp of emerging technologies, platforms, and applications, and ability to customise these to help our business become more secure and efficient.

Excellent written and verbal communication.
Comfortable coding in one or more languages (bash, JavaScript, Golang, Python, PowerShell, etc), and you use these skills to automate as
much as possible.
Working knowledge of AWS, and experience running an application using AWS services.
Comfortable using git and CI/CD tooling such as Codefresh, Code Pipeline or Jenkins.
Cloud Migration and Modernization using AWS services.
AWS Cloud formation and Terraform for Infrastructure as a code.
Containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
Networking principles and protocols such as IP subnetting, routing, firewall rules, VPC networks, load balancers, Route 53, etc.
Microsoft Windows administration, maintenance, and architectures.
Experience using AWS and/or relevant industry certifications are preferred but not essential.
Key Skills (nice to have)
Infrastructure as code and config and code methodologies
AWS enterprise account setup/management, along with industry best practise
Good knowledge of AWS account setup across all workloads.
Knowledge and experience on AWS transit Gateway
Previous experience Infrastructure design, Consultations & project integrations in these areas would be highly desirable:
AWS Architect and/or relevant industry certifications
Network Engineering
Integration Engineering
IaaS Engineering
DevSecOps
Cloud AWS Admin
