Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid working)

Employment type: Contract of Employment (UOP)

Role responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate program and project activities such as planning, analysis, execution, and post-implementation support
• Develop integrated plans and schedules to track development progress and dependencies across functions and with external parties
• Drive the execution of deliverables across multiple geographically dispersed teams and functions
• Coordinate work for geographically distributed scrum teams utilizing Agile/Scrum/Lean principles and practices
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues, dependencies and accurate reporting on program progress to all stakeholders
• Partner with the Product & Technology leads to drive effective Quarterly Execution Planning (QEP) leveraging Jira Align as the Single Source of Truth.
• Facilitate prioritization of Initiatives & Epics that align to the Objectives & Business Results (OKRs) and available workforce capacity.
• Manage resource rosters for their Team of Teams in Jira, Jira Align and Polaris
• Ensure effective participation of the teams in the Quarterly Execution Planning (QEP) activities across programs, collaborating with partners in Operations & Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and other Client Technology verticals.
