Roles and responsibilities :
• 15+ year's experience in delivering large & medium sized CRM projects or programs & minimum 7 years into delivering Salesforce CRM
• Strong experience in Agile way of working
• Experience in managing external and internal Stakeholders.
• Experience in preparing management reports, weekly and monthly status reports and presenting to customer.
• Experience in work planning, estimating/budgeting, productivity measurement and management, resource planning, risk assessment, expectation management, scope and issue & escalation management.
• Ability to work with different levels of management throughout an organization, excellent customer focus.
• Good Communication, Analytical & problem-solving skill.
• Adherence to contractual commitments as agreed in MSA,SOW
• Good understanding of Project Financials and key levers that influence profitability.
The ideal:
• Must have project management certification.
• Agile, Scrum certification will be added plus.
• Must have Salesforce certifications.
Consider the following in addition to what listed above:
• Conduct pre PI planning sessions
• Create and Manage environment strategy
• Manage performance review and act timely to strengthen the team • Manage and distribute the workload effectively across tracks and resources
• Apply strong Salesforce product, business process, methodology & ecosystem knowledge to drive success
• Identify, handle and mitigate program risk
• Experience managing multiple Scrum teams across onshore/offshore
• Ability to create professional
