Technical Program Manager - TPM function: Roles and responsibilities:
PM Skillset requirements:
 Seasoned in IT Infrastructure management operating in a complex, multi-system environment as a Technical Program manager. 8-10yrs of experience will be preferred.
 Experience in leading the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure services, Telecom Carrier engagement , and partnership for maintaining the defined defining supplier KPIs.
 Demonstrated track record of leading end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure services and Programs (planning, budget, installation, configuration, deployment, etc.)
 Excellent organizational and program management skills.
 Expertise in IT infrastructure and Networking technologies.
 Exposure to Cloud technologies.
 Excellent oral and written communication skills.
 Ability to use various project management methodologies, including agile.
 Solid customer focused, relationship focused pattern of work.
 Ability to create structure from abstract ideas, take initial concepts to full maturity.
 Ability to solve both technical and non-technical problems.
 BS or MS in computer science, or a related discipline.
