Relevant experience in systems analysis and software programming

Literacy in AI development tools or frameworks (e.g., small personal AI projects, experimenting with LLMs, using local or cloud-based AI tooling). We value curiosity and a willingness to learn more than deep expertise.

Solid development background in Java or Python & ETL

Understanding Linux concepts and shell scripting

Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines or unexpected changes

Strong documentation and technical writing skills

Team player with a demonstrated ability to deliver results collaboratively

Ability to work independently while following specifications and maintaining documentation discipline

Team-player mindset with flexibility to support teammates or take on non-development tasks when needed
