Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
- Collaborate with architects to align solutions with long-term technology strategy.
- Define and articulate the solution vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Provide hands-on coding expertise in Go, Java, and experience with MongoDB and other databases.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and technical requirements.
- Define and enforce engineering best practices, code quality, and architectural standards.
- Prioritize the product backlog, balancing feature delivery, technical debt, and operational excellence.

- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of product features
- Mentor and guide engineers, conducting design/code reviews and fostering technical excellence.
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices (CI/CD, test automation, DevOps, cloud-native development).
- Gather and analyse customer feedback, market trends, and usage data to influence roadmap decisions.
Mandatory Skills: Black Box Testing .
Experience: 5-8 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
