JD: Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Platform Implementation & Design

  • Configure the Notion database to host report metadata.
  • Define core metadata fields (e.g., Name, Owner, Audience, Use Case).
  • Build persona-specific, pre-filtered catalog views.
  • Validate integration of catalog views into other Notion spaces.

2. Business Analysis & Content Curation
  • Engage stakeholders from HR, Ops, and Finance to gather use cases.
  • Identify and curate 5-7 critical reports.
  • Verify and populate metadata for each selected report.

3. Security Model & Access Control Design
  • Develop an initial RBAC framework based on report metadata and user roles.
  • Align access model with technical feasibility across systems (e.g., Tableau, Workday).
  • Document role definitions, access logic, and sensitivity handling.

4. User Experience (UX) & Validation
  • Design intuitive browsing and filtering features tailored to each persona.
  • Conduct usability testing with target users.
  • Capture and synthesize feedback to refine the MVP
  • Required Skillsets
  • Notion Expertise - advanced database configuration and design.
  • Business Analysis - stakeholder engagement and requirement translation.
  • Security Architecture - RBAC modeling and governance alignment.
  • UX & User Research - workflow design and qualitative testing.
  • Project Coordination - cross-functional collaboration and task management.
  • Conceptual Modeling - define business glossary terms and create a conceptual data model.


Mandatory Skills: Data Governance .

Experience: 5-8 Years .

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
