Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the analytics implementation roadmap using Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and UX teams to translate business goals into measurable KPIs
- Architect and oversee data layer design and tag deployment strategy
- Ensure proper configuration of traffic variables, conversion events, and eVars
- Conduct audits of existing implementations and recommend improvements
- Lead QA processes for analytics tracking and data validation
- Present actionable insights to stakeholders and guide optimization efforts
- Build and maintain Adobe Launch configurations and rules
- Implement Adobe Analytics tracking using eVars, props, events, and classifications
- Develop and manage data layers across web and mobile platforms
- Debug and validate tag deployments using browser tools and Adobe Debugger
- Collaborate with QA and analytics teams to ensure data accuracy
- Support dashboard creation and reporting using Adobe Workspace

Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch
- Deep understanding of tag management systems, especially Adobe DTM/Launch
- Strong grasp of JavaScript, HTML, and jQuery for custom tag development
- Experience with Web SDK and Mobile SDK implementations
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery
- Strong understanding of data layer architecture and tag QA processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Familiarity with Adobe Target and Experience Platform is a plus
