Position Summary
This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, coding solutions, unit testing, and ensuring the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces. Job expectations include an awareness of development and testing practices in the industry. Formulate and capture requirements in Jira and ensure they are developed and delivered according to agreed goals. Proficiency in .NET, Java , C#, Web based UI development, Javascript , Object Oriented Programming concept, design patterns. Financial knowledge in derivatives is a plus. Good written and verbal communication skills. leadership skills, positive attitude and ability to work under pressure Performing detailed data analysis to proactively identify and resolve issues to comply to rules and regulations. Attention to details and learn new skills and concepts quickly. Participating in the design, development, reviews and implementation of application technology platforms to satisfy business and technology requirements.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
