- Minimum 6 Years of strong Experience on Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, ReactJS, Hibernate, JSON, REST, Linux/Unix.
- Familiar with build tools and delivery management tools - Confluence, Git, Gitlab pipelines, Maven/Gradle
- Knowledge of Actimize, Azure Cloud, Workflow engines like KAFKA is a plus.
- Understanding on how to build high scalable applications using server-side technologies.
- Understanding of software delivery based on standard application delivery framework
- Comfortable working with people from a diversity of backgrounds and cultures
- University Degree in Information Technology, majoring in Computer Science or equivalent.

No Performance Parameter Measure 1 Process No. of cases resolved per day, compliance to process and quality standards, meeting process level SLAs, Pulse score, Customer feedback, NSAT/ ESAT 2 Team Management Productivity, efficiency, absenteeism 3 Capability development Triages completed, Technical Test performance
