Summary:
A production support person is responsible for monitoring the production servers, scheduled jobs, incident management and receiving incidents and requests from end-users, analyzing these and either responding to the end user with a solution or escalating it to the other IT teams.
Job Description:
- Ability to work in a complex application support environment and work closely with business and client BA.
- Ability to provide technical solution to batch issues, monitor, follow up with different vendors/teams.
- Recommends, develops, writes, and communicates business requirements for the design and implementation of solution & strategy.
- Defines test plans and system documentation to monitor testing for the implementation.

Primary Skill:
- Good exposure on SNOW application.
- Ability to Debug/code/Build/Test .Net C# code on VisualStudio.
- Need to have work experience in Oracle SQL.
- Need to have work experience in Power shell scripting.
- Need to have work experience in writing test scenarios and creating test cases on HPALM.
- Ability to implement practical business solutions under strict deadlines.
- Ability and desire to work with people as part of a high-performance team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, End to end implementation experience.
Secondary Skill:
- Added advantage to have experience on Bitbucket.
- Good to have experience on Batch process monitoring.
- Good to have Production L1/L2 support experience.
