Summary of Position:
Tableau Developer is responsible for designing and developing analytics reports. The BI developer needs to be able to read, analyze and digest what a business wants to accomplish with its data and develop the best possible visualization around those goals. In addition, this position will be expected to deliver reporting architectures that pull data from the enterprise data warehouse into user-friendly dashboards.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize development & enhancement requests to align with corporate goals and business needs
- Collaborate with various Company business units to define and design dashboards
- Adapting code to accommodate changes in source data and new business requirements
- Troubleshoot and solve complex technical and data problems
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing and assist with user acceptance testing

Experience & Skills:
- Expert on Tableau able to create visualizations for sr. business managers including CXO level
- Able to engage sr. management to understand requirements and design fit for purpose and appealing reports
- Possess strong skills in understanding, manipulating, and analyzing data
- Are flexible, able to persevere in a fast-paced work environment, and willing to seek new ways to look at data
- Self-starter with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage numerous project simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in computer science and 5-10 years of experience developing data analytics reports
- Ability to translate ideas and business requirements into fully functioning workflows
- Excellent English verbal and written communication
- Skills on Power BI and/or Snowflake would be a plus
