Skills:
- L2 level knowledge and working experience in one of the below mentioned technologies:
- Dell Storage (Unity, Isilon, VNX, etc).
- VMware Server Virtualization
- Microsoft Azure
- Redhat Linux
- Cisco Collaboration
- Experience working in a Datacenter Infrastructure monitoring team.
- Basic understanding of servers, storage, operating systems and virtualization
- Knowledge of using ITSM tools like servicenow.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Work in 24/7 shifts as part of DCO team, providing L1 support for the Datacentre Infrastructure Environment.
- Attend helpdesk phone calls when in night shifts.
- Monitor datacentre infrastructure using tools like VeeamOne, ManageEngine and Nagios.
- Quickly learn from other team members and handle L1 level tasks related to VMware, Office 365, AD, Network, etc
- Create SOPs for L1 level tasks in the above mentioned domains.
