Role Overview:
Wipro Consulting is seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Procurement Partner to lead strategic transformation initiatives for global clients. This senior leadership role combines deep domain expertise with client development, delivery excellence, and thought leadership. The ideal candidate will drive procurement innovation, optimize sourcing strategies, and enable digital transformation across complex supply networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Leadership & Growth
- Serve as executive sponsor for strategic procurement engagements
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders across industries
- Drive account growth through solution innovation and strategic advisory
- Delivery Excellence
- Lead end-to-end procurement transformation programs, including spend analysis, category strategy, supplier management, and contract optimization
- Oversee multi-disciplinary teams to deliver measurable outcomes in cost reduction, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency
- Ensure alignment with client goals, timelines, and KPIs
- Practice Development
- Shape Wipro's procurement consulting offerings, methodologies, and go-to-market strategies
- Mentor and develop consulting talent across global teams
- Represent Wipro at industry forums, conferences, and thought leadership platforms
- Digital Enablement
- Integrate emerging technologies (AI, analytics, automation) into procurement solutions
- Collaborate with Wipro's digital and engineering teams to co-create scalable platforms
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $190,000.00 to $265,000.00. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options
