- Equipped to handle all queries related to reservations, ticketing, redemption, products and services, complaints and grievances, special handling, flight disruptions, booking changes, refunds etc
- Grads/undergrads with 2 years completion in college and able to produce TOR.
- HS Graduate w/ at least 6 mos SME/QA experience
- If no SME experience, min of 5yrs bpo experience in a Travel account
- Flexible to work in a 24X7 environment
- Willing to work onsite
- Good knowledge of computers, including MS Office, internet services and online tools
- Good typing skills
- Sound customer service skills and soft skills with prime focus being on customer satisfaction
