Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to create exceptional architectural solution design and thought leadership and enable delivery teams to provide exceptional client engagement and satisfaction.

Role: KEY RESULT AREAS (Activities scheduled in the project)

• Requirements gathering from Customer
• Responsible for overall Plan and design of Tachyon 1E Architecture
• Prepare Tachyon 1E Implementation & Deployment Project & Execution Plan
• Responsible for managing Tachyon 1E modules and Platform.
• Creation of Tachyon 1E process documentations.
• Responsible for preparing Tachyon 1E test cases and Test execution.
• Coordinate with Client SME for Tachyon 1E Implementation, Testing and Deployment sign off.
• Coordinate with Network team, AD team, SCCM team, Datacenter Team and Wintel teams for addressing Project dependencies
• Envision, Plan & deploy Tachyon 1E operational Configurations like Instructions, Dashboards, Guaranteed State Polices/Self Heal Automation etc.
• Create scripts in PowerShell, SQL and SCALE for Tachyon 1E Instructions and Policies.
• Leading team of BAU engineers.
• Provide technical guidance and coordination with onsite / offshore team
• Review Tachyon1E Engineering/Deployment project plan and progress.
• Participate in program and project review meetings.
• Coordination with BAU team for handover.
• Responsible for overall reporting and technical documentation needs.

Profile:

• Strong Knowledge of Tachyon 1E concepts, Architecture and Operational configurations.
• Strong knowledge in Win 10 / Win 11 Operating System.
• Good Knowledge of Desktop Support operations on L1 and L2 levels and incident management, Problem Management & Change Management.
• Basic Knowledge of Linux /Unix /Powershell/SQL Commands
• Basic Knowledge of SCCM deployment.
• Good Customer orientation and coordination skills
• Good knowledge in deployment tools viz. SCCM, MDT, Altiris etc.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Servers.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts
• Good Working knowledge in PowerShell scripting.
• Manage team (onsite and offshore) and ensure deliverables are met on time.
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Certifications:

1. Windows 10 and / or Windows 11 Certified
2. Tachyon Certification.

Mandatory Skills: Infrastructure Automation .

Experience: 8-10 Years .
