Solution Architect

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative, scalable, and secure technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end architecture for complex systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements and enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and project managers, to define solution strategies and roadmaps.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and tools to support solution delivery.
• Create architectural documentation including solution blueprints, data flow diagrams, and integration patterns.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable, adhering to best practices and compliance requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for proposed solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a Solution Architect role.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), microservices architecture, APIs, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
