Location : Mexico
Role Description:
The engineer will be responsible for developing production ready software following a defined software development process. The engineer must be capable of analyzing specifications, developing unit designs, developing unit test plans, integration test plans and verifying functionality.
Responsibility:-
• The engineer must be able to understand the requirements and be able to Configure using Vector tools
(like Davinci Developer, Davinci Configurator)
• The Candidate must have good know how in Can Stack-Can,CanIf,PdUr,Com CanTp,CanNm,Can SM ,Diag Stack-Dcm,Dem Modules
• Working knowledge of software development tools (debugger's,compilers, etc).
• Working knowledge of software development processes.
• Analyze existing embedded software to add features, make modifications, fix bus, and/or port to different platforms.
Basic Qualifications:-
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of microcontroller embedded software development or testing.
• 5+ years of C or other structured language.
• 5+ years of AUTOSAR experience in Com Stack and Diag Stack
Required Skills :
1. Good understanding and hands on experience on AUTOSAR architecture.
2. Experience in Vector AUTOSAR Stack and Vector Tools - Davinci Configurator, Developer, CANoe, CANDela Studio
3. Working Experience in configuration of BSW modules and RTE
4. Experience in Diagnostic Stack
5. Experience in Ethernet and LIN communication stack
6. Experience in configuration of MCAL
7. Experience in Automotive Software development using C
8. Experience in Software version control tools (Git is preferable)
9. Experience in Unit Testing and Polyspace verification
10. Understanding of Microcontroller
11. Understanding of Bootloader and Power Management
Additional Preferred skills (good to have):
1. Functional safety (ISO26262) knowledge
2. Multicore experience
3. Driver level coding
4. Real time clocks development experience
