Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Salary $120K-$130K

Job summary
We are seeking hands-on Software Developers with strong expertise in Ansible based automation, python scripting and automation experience for managing telecom automation projects. The ideal candidates should also have foundational knowledge of network service assurance principles to align automation with observability and compliance objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop Ansible playbooks and roles for automating provisioning. configuration, and validation of telecom network elements and infrastructure.
Develop Python scripts and frameworks to automate network testing across all aspects of testing including compliance, regression, functional and nonfunctional, security and other areas. Build RESTful APIs and microservices to interface with network devices and orchestration platforms. Required Skills:
7-10 years of experience in automation development using Ansible (Core and Tower/AWX)
Experience automating telecom or datacenter network devices and VNF/CNFs eg.. Cisco, Juniper. Nokia, Arista
Familiarity with inventory management, dynamic inventories, and role-based Ansible structure
Hands on with Linux system administration and Bash scripting
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Git repositories, and code review workflows
Foundational understanding of service assurance principles fault detection, lag parsing. alarm validation
Good knowledge of YAML, Jinja2 templating
Good to have Skills:
Telecom OSS understanding
Familiarity with OpenStack, VMware, or public cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Prior work on closed-loop assurance or event-driven remediation workflows

Mandatory Skills: Telecom Telco Cloud Orchestrator .

Experience: 5-8 Years .

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
