Location: Warsaw, Poland Hybrid (2-3 days/week from office)
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Test Automation Engineer with deep expertise in Python and modern testing frameworks. This role involves designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understands technical requirements and applies relevant knowledge to support application stability.
- Identifies and contributes to solutions that enhance application support and performance with minimal guidance.
- Applies best practices in configuring and troubleshooting software, systems, databases, and related infrastructure.

- Collaborates with peers to maintain the reliability of critical applications.
- Investigates and resolves performance issues using appropriate tools and methodologies.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Production Application Support
- Strong experience in Production Application Support, including incident management for large-scale enterprise applications and familiarity with ITSM processes
- Background in Java application support, including JVM understanding
- Proficient in Unix/Linux environments and SQL
- Skilled in troubleshooting and debugging complex issues
- Experience working in large server environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams
- Availability for rotational on-call support and flexible working hours to meet operational needs
