Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with expertise in the telecom industry. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, particularly in the areas of TNI (Telecommunications Network Inventory) and CSM (Customer Service Management). As a Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for our telecom clients, ensuring efficient and effective telecom service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Architect and design ServiceNow solutions tailored specifically for the telecom industry, leveraging TNI (Telecommunications Network Inventory) and CSM modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and project managers, to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle, from solution design to implementation and deployment.
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of existing telecom processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and automation using ServiceNow.
  • Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, custom applications, and integrations to meet telecom industry requirements.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and stability of ServiceNow solutions, optimizing system resources and configuration settings.
  • Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations and customizations, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with the ServiceNow development team to resolve technical issues, troubleshoot system defects, and ensure smooth system operation.
  • Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, modules, and industry trends, proactively recommending enhancements and improvements to existing systems.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the telecom support team, assisting with troubleshooting and problem resolution.


  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect in the telecom industry, with a strong focus on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, particularly TNI (Telecommunications Network Inventory) and CSM.
  • Solid understanding of telecom industry processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, Jelly), integrations (REST, SOAP), and web technologies (HTML, CSS).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM), are highly desirable.
  • Experience with other ServiceNow modules, such as IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM), is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
