Wipro is currently looking to recruit a highly capable ServiceNow Presales Solution Consultant.
The Presales Consultant will be responsible for helping our customers establish a solid technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that drive business outcomes. This role is highly consultative focused on guiding the existing and potential customers on how to deliver a solution backed with strong technical architecture designed for long-term success. The ServiceNow Presales Consultant will interface with the customer across executive, platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams for structuring and implementing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges, technical requirements, and desired outcomes.
- Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions
- Design comprehensive ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements
- Partner closely with sales teams to shape winning strategies and build compelling business case
- Develop solution and response, standard vs non-standard approach, aligned to sales strategy. Work jointly with bid team and other interdependent Service Lines.
- Draft, manage, and respond to RFPs/RFIs, and prepare proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and resource plans
- Deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concept solutions, and tailored presentations
- Drive AI-enabled workflows and automation solutions to maximize client ROI
- Involved from Deal qualification to contract signature, Sales to delivery handover
- Good understanding of competitor landscape, providing insight into sales plan on how to beat competition
- Reviews and provides inputs to contract schedules, SoW and other contract documents
- Showcase breadth of knowledge across multiple workflows on ServiceNow platform.
- Develop strong relationships with technical and business leaders at the customer site to position ServiceNow in their digital transformation vision.
- Analyzes and translates business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve complex business objectives.
- Engages with the customer's Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform, integrated with the customer's core applications.
- Supports the delivery by scoping and estimating the change orders in existing engagements.

Experience and Qualification:
- Must possess deep ServiceNow experience and be considered as a subject matter expert. Skilled and experienced in solutioning atleast one of the workflows - CRM workflows, Employee workflows, Finance and Supply Chain workflows and creator workflow solutions on the NOW platform.
- Overall experience of 7-8 years with min 2-3 years of prior ServiceNow pre-sales experience (which includes building RFP/RFI response/solution, working on commercials etc.)
- Executive presence: ability to engage clients at various levels (including C-Level) to build strong and long-lasting relationships.
- Should possess a strong commercial and business acumen.
- Multi-regional or multi-organization experience is a key success factor, with demonstrated capacity to operate and thrive in a multi-cultural environment.
- Excellent time management and critical thinking skills
- Excellent Presentation and facilitation skills
- Outstanding communication (written and oral), collaboration, flexible, results oriented, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Should be able to work with and manage multiple stakeholders - internal and external.
Preferred
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, Information Technology or related field. While not mandatory.
- Good understanding of applications like SAP, Oracle, Workday etc that interface with ServiceNow
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, Implementation Specialist, Technical Architect) highly preferred.
- Previous experience as a ServiceNow Delivery Architect / Business Analyst

The role demands knowledge and experience of:
Financial - Qualify Leads and create appropriate funnel for horizontal Services in existing & new accounts in the region. -
Participate in Sales discussions/presentations for respective Services Selling. - Provide first-level solution creation in meetings with customers and prospects. -
Provide appropriate and customized value propositions.
Negotiate/Close in the sales cycle. Delivery/Customer Satisfaction - Conduct regular delivery reviews to prevent cost and schedule overruns with the delivery team to ensure high customer satisfaction. - Orchestrate internal resources in sales and delivery to give the customer an enhanced experience across touch-points.
Build a trusted group of reference-able customers who can vouch for Wipro.
Become a trusted IT advisor to the customer and participate in the customer's strategic planning. - Drive resource forecasting for the account from both confirmed opportunities as well as the opportunities in pipeline.
Offering/Competency Development - Support the solutions teams with customer perspectives and competitive intelligence to develop new vertical and horizontal solutions. -
Showcase Wipro's solutions as a strategic fit for the customer organization through workshops, boot camps and strategy meets. -
Push for higher value/value added services and solutions to the customer in line with Wipro's offerings. - Exemplify Wipro leadership in conferences, meets and seminars, by presenting thought leadership and connecting with key customers.
The Practitioner Sales (PR) is accountable for developing global accounts for the Service Line.
PR focuses on driving sales and revenue growth within a region across verticals. And works with a set of Enterprise Business Managers in a cross-functional manner to achieve Service Line targets.
Over 10-15 years of experience in Technology Sales • High-energy driven professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude with rich experience in selling IT solutions. • Ability to sell an evolving and expanding lineup of integrated products around Salesforce that scales to meet customer's need.
Strong Exposure to interacting with clients of all levels, in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical area. • Good Understanding of domain and Salesforce application & platform capabilities
Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in salesforce product and solutions.
Collaborate closely with CEMs and Account Managers to build a pipeline across multiple product lines.
Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.
