You are an ambitious Technical Specialist who has demonstrated experience in the design, development and support of solutions built on the ServiceNow platform
Proficient in all areas of ServiceNow development and configuration including Business Rules, ACLs, Script Includes, UI Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Policies, Custom Applications, Advanced Reporting, Notification, Inbound email actions etc
Demonstrated experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) tools implementation and customization based on ITIL best practiceDesign and development of new catalogue items, Record producers, forms, workflows & Service portal content pages.Strong Knowledge in Service Portal widgets, CSS, Angular JS.Demonstrated experience in creating new or developing existing modules and applications in ServiceNow.
Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices, Upgrades, and ongoing knowledge of the latest ServiceNow developments and featuresProficiency in JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, CSS, XHTML, React, and XMLExperience and Knowledge in Now Mobile APP and Customizations.Strong knowledge of system design and development used within Service Oriented architecture and web services integration REST/SOAPServiceNow Certifications- CSA and CADStrong collaborative and co-ordination skillset, a real team playerExceptional investigative and analytical skill
Key Accountabilities and main responsibilitie
Develop and build technical solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirementsProvide specialist expertise and advice to support and maintain Link Group's ServiceNow platform and associated integrations
Having a strong focus on code quality and reusabilityInstructs, assigns, reviews the work of other team members, including the review of high-level designs, detail designs, code, and test plans and resultsMentors and coaches other team members, facilitates individual team member development of technical, functional, and industry skillsIdentifying and recommending new ways to streamline business processes based on the current operating model.Promote best practice development and uplift internal capability
