Role Overview:

We are searching for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our Quality Engineering and Testing team within Technology Services. This role entails designing, developing, and executing automated test frameworks and comprehensive validation strategies to ensure solution robustness across Industry Cloud and Digital offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience working with NodeJS, Express JS and UI/UX automation with Playwright or Cypress, multi-browser testing
• Experience working with API automation with Java and JavaScript based frameworks -JS Jasmine, TestNG or JUnit.
• Hands-on experience in test planning, test scenarios creation, test data creation and executing test cases based on the business scenarios
• Ability to understand complex enterprise level systems, various integration points, decent understanding of all networking layers, good understanding of software development lifecycle and processes
• Working experience testing web applications, Rest APIs, Java, JavaScript, shell scripting and RDBMS
• Strong communication

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with VsCode Cline AI coding assistant, AI/ML
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins.
• Working experience debugging and troubleshooting containerized microservices
• Experience with Gatling or JMeter
• Exerience with Kakfa and Hazelcast is a plusWorking experience testing ETL

Qualification and Years of experience needed

• 5 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or more than 4 years of work experience with an advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• 4 years of experience in coding and testing application
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js
• Solid experience in API automation using Java and Java-based frameworks
• Expertise in testing web applications, REST APIs, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Working knowledge of JMeter and Kafka
