Role: Senior Software Developer (Java & Python)
Location: Irving, TX (3 Days onsite / week

Role & Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable, and high-quality software solutions using Java and Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, debugging issues, and optimising application performance.
• Document code, processes, and development methodologies to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software development and propose suitable adaptations for ongoing projects.
• Contribute to the architectural decisions and participate in the design of core frameworks and libraries.

Mandatory Skills: Core Java .

Experience: 3-5 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
