Role Purpose

As a Senior Consulting Partner - Supply Chain S&OP Transformation Leader, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing Wipro's go-to-market and delivery strategy around Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP). You will be accountable for engaging the C-suite, shaping transformation programs, leading global teams, and enabling clients to align supply, demand, and financial planning through digitally enabled, insights-driven planning ecosystems.

This role is ideal for a visionary supply chain executive with deep S&OP expertise, proven consulting credentials, and the ability to drive growth and large-scale change across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Transformation Leadership

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to client executives (CSCO, COO, CFO, CIO) on S&OP maturity, transformation roadmaps, and planning operating models.
  • Lead S&OP transformation engagements including current-state diagnostics, future-state design, governance modeling, technology enablement, and change management.
  • Oversee integrated planning across demand, supply, inventory, and financial planning processes.
  • Champion digital IBP programs using cloud-native tools (SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Oracle, Blue Yonder) integrated with analytics and scenario modeling capabilities.

Growth & Practice Development

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Wipro's S&OP/IBP offerings, including sales plays, industry solutions, and alliance partnerships.
  • Drive pipeline origination and closure for large-scale S&OP programs across global enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with industry, digital, and data teams to create differentiated propositions aligned to vertical trends (e.g., supply chain resilience, volatility modeling, demand shaping).

Solution & Delivery Oversight

  • Lead cross-functional teams delivering large planning transformation programs including technology deployment, process optimization, and organizational enablement.
  • Architect enterprise S&OP data models, dashboards, and performance management systems, with focus on cross-functional alignment and agility.
  • Ensure measurable value delivery through KPIs like forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, and revenue realization.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience

  • 18+ years in supply chain consulting or transformation with at least 8 years in a Partner/Executive leadership capacity.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in S&OP/IBP, demand/supply planning, scenario planning, and planning governance.
  • Proven experience leading multi-year global planning transformations in industries such as consumer goods, life sciences, industrials, or high tech.
  • Hands-on exposure to at least two leading IBP platforms (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Oracle SCP, Blue Yonder).
  • Track record of engaging and influencing senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in scaling practices, building teams, and shaping capability investments.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • APICS/IBF/SCOR certifications are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery models and change management frameworks

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $240,000.00 to $375,000.00. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options
