Talent Acquisition Manager
About the Role
We're looking for a driven and tech-savvy Talent Acquisition specialist to lead end-to-end hiring efforts for consulting roles in a high-growth, innovation-focused environment. You'll be instrumental in scaling our consulting, and SME teams by bringing in exceptional talent and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
- What You'll Do
- Partner with the business to understand hiring needs and define talent profiles for Consulting roles.
- Act as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy, market trends, compensation, and interview best practices.
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process - from job intake to offer negotiation - ensuring timely, high-quality hires.
- Lead a team of recruiters & ensure they source the right talent using all available channels.
- Build and nurture diverse candidate pipelines, leveraging outreach campaigns and DEI-focused sourcing strategies.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring clear, timely communication throughout.
- Use ATS and data insights (e.g., time-to-fill, conversion rates, pipeline health) to report on progress and optimize outcomes.
What We're Looking For- 12-15 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in a Consulting organization / Big 4
- Deep familiarity with the Consulting hiring landscape - including super niche skills for BFSI , Oil & Gas , Energy , Health care , ETRM, Utilities etc
- Ability to influence stakeholders, manage priorities, and drive hiring decisions with data and insight.
- Experience with ATS platforms and AI tools.
- Passion for candidate experience, employer branding, inclusive hiring practices.
Bonus Points- Background in recruiting in a consulting firm / Big 4
- Certifications like LinkedIn Recruiter Certification or SHRM.
