Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 36-60 months

Experience Breakup: Process training experience in BPO/media domain; familiarity with KA/KT, onboarding, and floor coaching

Essential Hiring Skills:

• Facilitation and presentation skills
• Process training delivery and onboarding support
• Stakeholder engagement and floor coaching
• MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - basic
• Communication and organization skills

Good to have Hiring Skills:

• Ability to lead workshops
• Traffic process knowledge
• Data entry and system navigation
• Client interaction experience

Trainable Skills:

• Internal tools and trainee reporting
• Cumulus-specific workflow
• KA/KT documentation and refresher cycles
• Risk/compliance integration and audit reporting

Responsibilities:

• Deliver process-specific training and onboarding sessions for new hires
• Provide refresher training and remedial coaching for floor teams
• Maintain trainee performance data and generate training reports
• Ensure regulatory compliance and update content as per process needs
• Conduct monthly knowledge checks and align with operations on gaps
