Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned EDI B2B professional to take over knowledge transfer from the Customer team for their existing EDI landscape, which includes Lobster, Niklas, and x4 tools. The role involves providing Level 2 and Level 3 support across incident, problem, change, and service improvement processes. The candidate will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and driving continuous improvements in the EDI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Customer team to absorb detailed knowledge of existing EDI integrations, trading partner configurations, and operational processes.

• Document system architecture, data flows, and support procedures for Lobster, Niklas, and x4 platforms.

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for EDI applications including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management.

• Handle change requests, configuration updates, and deployment of fixes/enhancements.

• Monitor EDI transactions and proactively identify and resolve issues impacting business operations.

• Identify opportunities for automation, performance tuning, and process optimization within the EDI landscape.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement service improvement plans.

• Maintain SLAs and KPIs for EDI operations and report on performance metrics.

• Train and mentor junior team members on Niklas, Lobster, and other EDI tools.

• Conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions and create learning materials to build team capability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in EDI B2B integrations and support.

• Strong hands-on experience with Lobster, Niklas, and x4 EDI tools.

• Deep understanding of EDI standards (EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, etc.) and trading partner onboarding.

• Experience in incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL framework preferred).

• Proven ability to lead knowledge transition and mentor junior staff.

• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with hybrid integration environments (cloud on-prem).

• Familiarity with Boomi or other iPaaS platforms is a plus.

• Exposure to supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing domains.
