Hybrid module of work from our Warsaw or Gdańsk office.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage automated CI/CD pipelines using leading tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI to accelerate delivery cycles and maintain deployment quality.
• Maintain and monitor cloud infrastructure across platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Utilize containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for scalable application deployment and orchestration.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive monitoring and alerting frameworks with tools such as Prometheus and Grafana to promptly detect and respond to system anomalies.
• Create and enhance automated testing environments to improve reliability and coverage before production deployments.
• Collaborate effectively with software development, quality assurance, and security teams to align DevOps practices with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.

Preferred Experience Attributes:

• Hands-on experience working within Agile frameworks, supporting iterative development and rapid feedback cycles.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate routine tasks and support complex workflows.
• Prior exposure to fin-tech or regulated industries, demonstrating the ability to work under strict compliance and security protocols.

Scope of Role:

In-scope:

• Operate and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline and standardize software deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
• Implement proactive monitoring solutions and incident alerts to safeguard system health and security posture.
• Manage cloud infrastructure configuration, ensuring alignment with best practices for scalability, availability, and disaster recovery.
• Develop automation tools and frameworks to enhance testing, deployment, and operational processes.

Out-of-scope:

• Defining or creating product requirements and user stories.
• Assuming responsibilities of scrum masters, product owners, or project management roles.
