Senior Devops

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain private cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Pulumi

Manage container orchestration platforms using Kubernetes and Docker
Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or cloud-native tools
Automate deployment processes across development, QA, and production environments
Deploy comprehensive monitoring and alerting solutions
Perform root cause analysis for production incidents and resolve complex technical issues
Design and implement system troubleshooting and maintenance procedures
Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to reduce manual tasks
Build tools to minimize errors and enhance customer experience
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
Maintain deployment automation across multiple environments
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support
Collaborate with development teams to understand application architecture and operational requirements
Document solutions and train operational teams on system supportability
Participate in project planning and strategic technology decisions

Required Qualifications
5 years of DevOps/SRE experience with a Bachelor's degree, OR
2 years with an Advanced degree (Master's, MBA, etc.), OR
PhD with relevant experience
Technical Skills
CI/CD Expertise: Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, GCP Cloud Build, or similar
Containerization: Deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
Linux Systems: Advanced administration and shell scripting
Networking: Strong understanding of load balancing, high availability, and networking concepts
IaC Tools: Experience with Terraform, Pulumi, or similar
Cloud Architecture: Experience with private cloud and hybrid cloud deployments

Core Competencies
Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
Understanding of microservices architecture
Familiarity with security best practices and compliance frameworks
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems
Experience supporting mission-critical production applications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with database administration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
Knowledge of big data processing
Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile methodologies
Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Programming knowledge (Java, Python, Go)
Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef
