At Wipro, we're searching for a Senior Device Test Engineer to join the Wipro Engineering 5G practice unit.
This role belongs to our German subsidiary Wipro Technologies GmbH with a headquarter in Frankfurt and is open for Bonn, Germany.
Your working area & responsibilities
- You will be as comfortable white-boarding complex test architectures with a room full of engineers as are briefing an executive audience
- You will help our service provider customers transform their technology and business systems to meet the needs of the 5G and IOT era
- NB-IoT, LTE-M and 5G SA test cases execution in Lab
- KPI measurements for Latency, Throughput and Power Consumption
- Detailed Log analysis for Failed scenarios
- Defect Management and follow up with the suppliers
- Test results evaluation and test status sharing with all stake holders
- Good understanding of 3GPP specifications and testing concepts. Planning and test case writing for new 3GPP releases and change.
Your skillset
- Good understanding of 3GPP specifications and testing concepts.
- Planning and test case writing for new 3GPP releases and changes
- Development of test scripts and execution of test cases on network simulators such as R&S (preferred), Anite, Anritsu etc
- NB-IoT, LTE-M and 5G SA test cases execution in Lab
- KPI measurements for Latency, Throughput and Power Consumption
- Detailed Log analysis for Failed scenarios
- Defect Management and follow up with the suppliers
- Test results and test status sharing with all stake holders
- English fluency is mandatory and German is desirable.
