conceptualization and execution of design projects. You will be responsible for bringing
innovative and impactful design solutions to fruition, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand standards. Your expertise will guide the development of compelling visual assets across various platforms and mediums, enhancing the overall user experience and driving engagement.

Lead the design projects from concept to completion, translating project requirements
into visually stunning and effective design solutions.
• Collaborate and understand project goals, target audience, and brand
guidelines, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Takes direction and communicates with Art Director to receive feedback.
• Foster professional growth and maintaining design quality standards.
• Generate creative ideas and concepts, exploring different design
approaches to address specific challenges and opportunities.
• Develop mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and
facilitate feedback and iteration.
• Create engaging visual assets for various digital and print channels,
including websites, mobile apps, social media, advertising campaigns, and
marketing materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best
practices, incorporating new ideas and techniques into design processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketers to ensure
seamless integration of design solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting
deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Help manage team workload and workflow
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or
related field.
o Proven experience (3-5+ years) in a design role, with a strong portfolio
showcasing a range of design projects.
o Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign)
o Proficiency in Aftereffects is a plus but not required. Knowledge of
Aftereffects is desired.
o Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory,
and layout techniques.
o Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability
to translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
o A plus if you have and understanding of Business to Business
design/marketing
o Experience working in agile or iterative design processes is a plus.
o Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is
desirable but not required.
o Passion for innovation and continuous learning, with a proactive
approach to self-improvement and skill development.
o Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, working both
independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve
common goals
