Job Description:
12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure delivery and operations.
Minimum 5 years in a delivery leadership or service management role handling multi-million-dollar portfolios.
Manage and govern end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure and database operations engagement for multiple enterprise clients.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, compliance, and audit requirements.
Drive service stability, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Program & Financial Governance
Key Skills:
Strong understanding of ITIL, ITSM, and Service Delivery frameworks.

Expertise in one or more areas: Database Operations management ( Oracle, PostgreSQL, Redis) Data Center, Network, and End-User Services.
Proven experience in offshore/onshore delivery models and managed services governance.
PMP / ITIL / Cloud certifications preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Mandatory Skills: Program Management .
Experience: 8-10 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
