Hybrid module of work from Warsaw - 2 days from home and 3 days from the office.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java Spring Boot
- Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift for containerization and orchestration
- Integrate and manage Kafka for event-driven architecture
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases such as Oracle and MongoDB
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as needed

Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in backend software development
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or OpenShift
- Familiarity with Kafka and messaging systems
- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, MongoDB)
- Solid understanding of API development, web services, and microservices architecture
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
