Job Description:

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Candidate must be Graduate in BTech or BSC (Computer Science)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in email marketing & email campaign management
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Pardot - Mandatory
• Front-end development experience
• HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript/JQuery experience
• HTML and CSS coding
• Create emails using HTML in Pardot editor or Dreamweaver, and deploy in Pardot
• Update existing email templates in Pardot with new content
• Create customer journeys in Pardot
• Assist in audience segmentation and to ensure "personalization" of messaging.
• Assist in creating reports and dashboards by analyzing campaign metrics.
• Problem solving ability and consideration of process improvements
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
• Should have knowledge of profiler tools
• Maintain database hygiene by supporting standardization of CRM database fields.
• Implement CRM campaigns (opt-ins) using already defined templates
