Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our Business Analytics and Logistics team who works with Asset Based Finance (ABF) team within the Credit and Insurance vertical. As an integral part of our team, you will gain exposure in monitoring the portfolio management and reporting activities including, but not limited to, preparing and maintaining various trackers, collating and updating data on various systems/reports, working on various documentation activities during deal closing, working on process improvement initiatives etc.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and deliver tailor made solutions for the Asset Management ABF Team
• Work with ABF Deal Analysts on investment monitoring activities, Adhoc requests
• Working on various portfolio management activities such as Portfolio Management tracker, P&I variance reporting, Rating Tracker
• Portfolio reporting of private and public positions on a monthly/quarterly basis
• Go through closing documents like credit agreements, indenture, note purchase agreement, offering circulars, Rating letter etc. to update key performance KPIs in various systems
• Maintaining investment data in multiple systems
• Creating new and enhancing existing reports and visualization
• Tracking and reporting the progress of projects by liaising with various groups
• Preparing materials for internal and external meetings, and tracking deliverables
• Provide deal related information to the group and Management on an ad hoc basis
• Working on various Internal/external applications, research portal for monitoring Portfolio Management
• Partnering with the BX Technology Innovations team to automate investment monitoring and other processes
• Implement new processes/systems creating operational efficiencies and reporting enhancements

Skills Required:
• Master's Degree (MBA/CFA/CA preferred)
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in managing large set of data and driving analytics from it using advanced excel
• Preferred to have experience on data management for structured finance domain
• Fair knowledge on deal documents and investment memos
• Strong data analysis skills, problem-solving ability, logical and analytical skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word)
• Ability to summarize large amounts of information succinctly and quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly digest new information and learn new businesses and processes
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks
• Ability to operate across multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy is critical
