We are looking for a Sector Sales Leader for our FullStride Cloud Service Line for developing and generating business growth for the Communications, Retail, Logistics and Services (New Age / Media) industry segments. The role will cover
  • Digital & Cloud - Digital Transformation & Apps Modernization to cloud
  • Cloud Infrastructure Services - CIS

  • Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Provide point of view and lead clients in defining their cloud and digital transformation journey, identifying opportunities for business, lead conversations and bring all the capabilities Wipro FullStride Cloud (Wipro Digital & Cloud) team to the market. This includes working with the analysts, partners and other market facing functions for the industry segments.
  • Collaborate with the Client Partners and Global Account Executives to continue to expand Wipro's presence in named accounts
  • Drive stich complex integrated deals for AIOps enabled Hybrid Managed Services - Cloud Infrastructure Operations across towers (cloud / DC, compute, storage, DR, security, end user services etc.) along with Applications (Digital Apps, Enterprise Packages (SAP, Oracle etc.) Software platforms As-a-service (Service Now, Salesforce)
  • Drive integrated deals that includes Digital Transformation, AIOps enabled Hybrid Managed Services including Cloud Infrastructure along with Enterprise Packages (SAP, Oracle etc.) Software platforms As-a-service (Service Now, Salesforce) and enable client's cloud migration and modernization agenda.
  • Consultative drive proactive approach to datacenter / cloud transformation, Cloud migration / modernization, workplace / end-user / experience transformation, network / SDWAN transformation, storage transformation.
  • Work with Partner ecosystem across CSPs, OEMs and new age partners to drive a collaborative GTM and proactive deal shaping
  • Be responsible for new Bookings (TCV & ACV) and Revenue growth and drive projections on a monthly basis with no more than a 5% variance.
  • Experience in atleast 2 industry segments from amongst (Retail, Communications, Logistics, Services (New Age / Media) and Network Equipment / Peripherals) with demonstrated annual business growth of 15-20% over the past 3 years.
  • Ability to stich complex biz and technology transformations starting with customer experience and a domain / consulting led approach to transformation initiatives that needs custom / cloud native application development and maintenance, App modernization and migration to cloud, leveraging Agile, DevOps, Integration as a Service & Quality Engineering as key enablers for the digital & cloud transformation

  • Qualifications:
  • Must have experience of selling Cloud Infrastructure, Digital Transformation, Application business in an individual capacity and now taken responsibility of a team
  • Must have led a team of Cloud Infrastructure / Digital Transformation / Application sales practitioners, SMEs / architects in the software services or consulting industry working in the above application portfolios.
  • Must have managed a portfolio of $100-150M or more annually with demonstrated growth over the past 3 years
  • Should have similar experience with one of the SIs / GSIs in the Americas market and good understanding of the above mentioned industry segment needs
