Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Manager with a strong background in Java-based automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automation scripting, framework development, and team management. You will lead a team of automation engineers, drive in-sprint automation, and ensure seamless integration with DevOps pipelines
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of automation engineers with 10 years of collective experience.
Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for UI and API testing.
Write efficient and reusable code/functions for complex scenarios and integration points.
Drive in-sprint automation using Selenium for UI and REST Assured for API testing.
Implement and maintain BDD frameworks using Cucumber.
Manage source code repositories using Git/Bitbucket, ensuring consistent coding standards.
Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Maven.
Troubleshoot framework issues and implement reusable utilities and enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation strategies and test plans.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Ensure high-quality deliverables through effective test planning and execution
Required Skills & Tools:
Languages & Frameworks: Java, Selenium, REST Assured, Cucumber (BDD)
Build & CI/CD Tools: Maven, Jenkins
Version Control: Git, Bitbucket
Agile Methodologies: Scrum, Sprint Ceremonies
Strong understanding of automation best practices and test strategy development
Experience in integrating automation with DevOps workflow.
