Agile/ Scrum Master L1
Primary skill: Agile tools (Jira)
Required skill
Acts as the project subject matter expert to support delivery deadlines, governance routines, cross project dependencies and budget.
Formally manages change controls for scope, schedule, and budget targets to adhere to bank Change Management policies.
Ability to effectively convey complex information concisely.
Support of program management tools and techniques in alignment with the Change and Project Management Framework.

Ability to interact with business leaders, external vendors and internal technology groups
Extensive experience of process release management
Knowledge of Agile and waterfall software delivery methodology
Experience delivering large projects with significant impact to multiple lines of business that may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications.
Process-oriented; able to navigate organisation policies and procedures
Experience with JIRA, ALM, PCM, PPRT, NEXUS, etc
Desired skill:
PMP Certified and Certified Scrum Master desired
PMP Certification a plus
Mandatory Skills: Agile Scrum Methodology .
Experience: 5-8 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
